Stop buying AI projects. Subscribe to the outcome.
A SectorFlow Pod is a senior lead plus a fleet of governed agents, on subscription, accountable for one number you pick. You never hire for it, host it, or run it.
The problem
The demo that dies, and the homework that follows
Mid-market companies don't fear missing AI. They fear buying a demo that dies: the pilot that worked in the meeting and never made it to Monday morning. And they fear the homework that comes with the fix: hiring engineers, running a platform, babysitting models. A pod removes both. It arrives with the team attached, and the team stays.
The offer
Every engagement is two steps
Three weeks. $10,000, fixed. We map one workflow end to end, set the baseline number, and show a working slice of the agents on your data. You leave with a scoped pod, a price, and the map, even if you stop there. The fee comes back in full if you start the pod: a credit of up to 50% on each monthly invoice until it's used up.
From $7,500 a month, 12-month term. We build the agents inside the subscription and run them for as long as the number matters. A named SectorFlow lead answers for the metric. Your team handles exceptions and keeps final authority. Monthly metric report; quarterly review; 30-day exit after the term.
No step three. There is nothing to take over, staff, or maintain.
We run everything
No engineers to hire. No platform to host. No models to babysit.
We build the agents, run them, tune them, and answer for the number they're supposed to move. Your team keeps final authority on decisions and handles the exceptions we route to them, with the agent's reasoning attached. That's the whole division of labor.
What pods run
Four workflows, running or in build

Priced up front, so growing never restarts procurement
Pods expand two ways. Deeper: the same workflow, automated further (the order pod that starts on intake later handles entry, allocation, and freight). Wider: a new pod on the next workflow, which starts with a shorter assessment because the platform, the audit trail, and the working relationship already exist. Both prices are set in your original agreement, so growing never restarts procurement.
Governed platform
Every pod runs on SectorFlow One
Private, auditable, built for work where "the AI did it" is not an acceptable answer. Every agent action is logged with a reasoning trace. Every action has a reversal path. Your auditors can see the whole timeline.
