Who we are
SectorFlow is a Canadian company. This policy covers the website at sectorflow.ai. It explains what personal information the site handles and why. In Canada, our handling of personal information is governed by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
The site has no forms. If you email us using a link on the site, we receive the address you send from and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply and to discuss working together.
If you accept analytics cookies (see below), we collect standard analytics data: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you reached the site. This is used in aggregate to understand which pages get read.
Cookies and analytics
The site loads no analytics and sets no analytics cookies until you click Accept on the consent banner. If you accept, we load Google Analytics 4, which sets its own cookies to measure site usage. If you decline, we store a single consent cookie (named sf_consent) recording that choice, and nothing else loads.
You can change your mind by clearing cookies for this site, which brings the banner back on your next visit.
Who processes the data
Analytics data is processed by Google as our analytics provider. Email you send reaches us through our email provider. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to train models.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
