How we work
From assessment to a live pod in weeks
We embed with your team, build agents tailored to your operations, and stay until the results prove it's working. A clear, low-risk process you can explain to your CFO.
The process
Assess, build, operate
Every engagement starts with a fixed-fee assessment. If we scope a pod, we build it, then we run it — accountable for one number you pick.
01
Assess
We sit inside one workflow, read the queue, interview the people who run it, and find where the hours and errors live. You leave with a workflow map, a baseline number, and a working slice of the agents running on your data — plus a fixed monthly price. The fee credits back in full against your first pod invoices.
- Workflow map as it actually runs
- Baseline number a pod would be accountable for
- Working slice on your data, not a slide
- Scoped pod and a fixed monthly price
02
Build
We build the production agents on your private instance of SectorFlow One. Guardrails, retrieval, evaluation, and audit logging are architectural decisions, not afterthoughts. You own everything we build.
- Guardrails — RBAC, confidence thresholds, approval workflows
- Retrieval pipeline — knowledge ingestion & hybrid search
- Evaluation harness with golden test sets
- Observability with full audit trails
- Human-in-the-loop controls
03
Operate
We run it. Hosting, tuning, drift, updates, and a monthly report on the one number the pod owns. Your team handles the exceptions we route to them and keeps final authority on business decisions. You never hire for it.
- Named lead accountable for your number
- Tuning and drift handling
- Monthly metric report
- Grow the pod or add the next workflow on signature
Why SectorFlow
Why teams choose SectorFlow
We've Been in Your Shoes
We didn't learn IT from a sales deck. We've spent 25+ years building and running production systems across multiple industries. We've lived through the outages, the audit cycles, and the 2am escalations.
Proof Before Commitment
We don't ask you to sign a long contract on faith. Every engagement starts with a paid assessment tied to a measurable number and a working slice. If it won't move your number, we say so and you keep the map.
Your Stack, Your Rules
We build on the tools you already use — ServiceNow, Salesforce, Teams, Slack, Jira, Splunk. We don't force you onto a new platform. Our pods work inside your ecosystem, not alongside it.
No Black Boxes
Every agent action is logged, traceable, and auditable. You see exactly what the pod did, why it did it, and what data it accessed. Guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls are architectural decisions, not afterthoughts.
Security & governance
Standard in every pod
- Role-Based Access Controls
- Full Audit Trails
- Human-in-the-Loop
- Real-Time Observability
- Private Instance Deployment

FAQ
Common questions
How long does a typical engagement take?
The assessment is three weeks: two inside the workflow, one to baseline the number and show a working slice. If you start the pod, the build runs in parallel with early operation — you see agents on your data during the assessment, not months later.
What if the pod doesn't move the number?
The assessment is stage-gate one: if we don't believe a pod will move your number, we say so and you keep the map. Once running, if the number stalls for months despite remediation, the contract gives you an early exit.
What systems can you integrate with?
We build on your existing stack. Common integrations include ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Jira, Splunk, Okta, Active Directory, Zendesk, HubSpot, and Azure Monitor. If it has an API, we can connect to it.
Do we need to provide training data?
Not in the traditional sense. Our retrieval pipelines ingest your existing knowledge — docs, runbooks, past tickets, SOPs — and use that as the grounding layer for agent responses. We handle the indexing, chunking, and search optimization.
What about security and compliance?
Security is architectural, not an add-on. Every pod runs on your private instance of SectorFlow One with role-based access controls, audit logging, confidence thresholds with human-in-the-loop escalation, and data governance. Nothing trains on your data.
Who runs the pod afterward?
We do. Building, hosting, tuning, drift, and updates. Your team handles the exceptions we route to them and keeps final authority on business decisions. You never hire for it, host it, or run it.
Tell us the problem. We'll tell you what's possible.
Start with a conversation. We'll learn about your operations, identify quick wins, and tell you honestly whether a pod makes sense for your business right now — no commitment required.
